Secret Cleared System Administrator

Job DescriptionA client in St. Louis, MO is currently seeking a Versatile System Administrator (Mid-Level) to join the team in Berkeley, MO. For the right person, this could lead to a permanent position. If you convert, you will work as a system administrator to support the classified programs during second shift weekdays and first shift weekends. You must have the ability to work 1st shift to start, then move to 2nd shift upon conversion. 1st shift can start between 5am and 9am, 2nd shift can start around 3 or 4pm. Assists in the system integration, hardware and software installation, configuration and disposition of servers and workstations to support the architecture. Provides support for the design, validation and implementation of changes to computing delivery systems. Other duties include performing system monitoring and backup and restore procedures to ensure system and data availability, administering users system access to meet security requirements, and performing problem resolution as appropriate. Active CompTIA Security+ certified

2+ years of experience with Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems OR Linux Systems

2+ years of experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting

2+ years of experience with maintaining and configuring Active Directory (AD)

-1+ years of experience working within the DoD Risk Managed Framework (RMF) 5+ years of experience with PowerShell and Linux scripts to enable consistent, high-quality integration of hardware assets

5+ years of experience with scripts to automate deployment and configuration of operating systems

5+ years of experience creating and maintaining multiple virtual servers based on VMware

5+ years of experience evaluating and effectively communicating complex system problems and resolution

5+ years of experience Integrating security solutions (McAfee, Splunk, HBSS) into information systems null
