Manager needs small engine, plumbing, light electrical.

Office manager needs computer background, rent collection, making deposits, reporting forms daily/weekly/monthly.

Pleasant personality a must.

Position available immediately in Rio Grande Valley, TX

Background and credit searches will be required.

Resume must be provided for both people.

Salary: $22,000.00 - $25,000.00 per year per person

Expected hours - 40 per week
