Home Health Agency Looking for Certified Home Health Aides

Infinite Home Health in Woodland Hills (LA County) and Westlake Village (Ventura Country) has multiple openings for Field staff for Home Health Aides

Provide routine, personal healthcare, such as bathing, dressing, or grooming, to elderly, convalescent, or disabled persons in the home of patients or in a residential care facility.

Visiting patients in the home setting to provide care

Contacting patient to schedule appointments

Completing visit notes on software DeVero( we provide training)

Communicating/reporting with office manager or director of nursing in regards to changes in patients level of care

Team oriented and ability to take on tasks independently

We welcome clinicians with experience or recent graduates

Qualities we look for this position: current active license, someone who takes initiative and works as part of a team, patient centered care, organizational skills, time management skills and clinicians open to learning new skills.
