Experienced Commercial Property Manager (R&D/Medical/Office)

An experienced property manager to join our team managing five to eight class-A commercial properties, interfacing with ownership, tenants, vendors, and field staff. Our service-oriented team focuses on tenant relations and high standards. Aside from Lease administration, our property managers oversee daily operations, develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, negotiate lease renewals, develop budgets and monthly financial reports, and oversee tenant and capital improvement projects. Our team works from our San Jose headquarter office Monday through Thursday while working from home on Fridays.

Job Requirements/Experience

Commercial property management experience

Brokers license (or pursuing completion of license)

Experience in Lease administration, portfolio leasing, and tenant relations

Can develop property budgets, CAM estimates, and reconciliations

Knowledge of Skyline, Yardi, or similar property management software

Familiar with base years, expense caps, and CPI

Self motivated and strong management skills

Experience with providing effective, professional management

Able to adapt to a changing environment

Good organizational skills and detail oriented

Knowledge of running tenant and capital improvement projects

Work well in a team

Outstanding written and oral communication skills
