Paulie Gee's Wicker Park is looking to add to our team. We are a fast paced slice shop that serves slices and whole pies. We are looking to add a full time person for evenings to fill out our team. This is a 5 day a week position including Friday and Saturday shifts till 2 am. The role entails the following:

Kitchen preparation of dough, ingredients, etc

NY style pizza dough stretching, topping, firing

Front window sales operations

Cleaning procedures for full restaurant
