Event Lead for Nation's Top Supper Club
Massachusetts, Boston , 02108 Boston USA

We're Tasting Collective (tastingcollective.com), the nation's largest private supper club community on a mission to reinvent the traditional dining experience. Every month, we team up with top independent restaurants all over the country to turn their dining rooms into culinary stages upon which their chefs get to put on a show, share their story/passion, and connect with our food-obsessed members in a meaningful way. We currently operate our supper club in 16 cities across the country; one of which is Boston!

We're looking for a talented Event Lead to help produce our chef-led tasting events (typically 4-8 events/month) at Boston's best restaurants. As our Boston Event Lead, you will be the face of Tasting Collective at our events. You'll interface directly with the city's most acclaimed chefs, restaurant staff, and our members to make sure our events always run seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include setting up our event equipment at restaurants, configuring seating charts, welcoming attendees, emceeing the events/leading Q&A with Chef, and breaking down our equipment post-event.

The ideal candidate will be hyper-organized/detail-oriented, outgoing/personable, self-confident/comfortable delegating tasks & managing people, and, most importantly, SUPER dependable. The ability to work independently in a high-energy/fast-paced environment (restaurants!) is A MUST. Past work experience in event coordination, theater/performance production, and/or TV/Film production is a big plus. Past experience working in restaurants certainly doesn't hurt, but is by no means a requirement. Oh, and ideally, you're passionate about food/restaurants too!

Again, this is a PART-TIME POSITION (you're only working on event days, but, on those days, it's a full day's work!). So, if you really need full-time work, this job will NOT be a fit! FYI we typically host our events on Sundays - Wednesdays. But, again, not every week; 4-8 days of events/month.
