Facilities Management

Busy Property Management office is looking for a self motivated facilities manager. Job is largely self managed, flexible hours, good pay, paid vacation.

Ideal candidate will have experience in/knowledge of trade work, a positive attitude, and good customer service. Tasks include meeting vendors for inspections/assessments, cleaning, and light carpentry/painting work.

Candidate must have valid US driver's license.
