Lead framer $25 per hour

Looking for a solid employee to put on the payroll that can handle building decks without supervision. Need to have reliable transportation, your own tool bags, and experience in framing. I work 3-4 days a week but could employ someone for 5 days a days a week if they can handle the work themselves. Composite decks and aluminum railing experience is a plus. Most projects are in the Springfield/nixa area. Growing veteran owned business with Christian values.
