WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The primary focus of this entry-level position is to aid composite technicians in the manufacturing of premium carbon fiber and composite components. This will consist of handling and preparing molds, material and tooling set-up, applying release systems, cleaning finished parts and more.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES NEEDED:
Good attitude, attendance, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Basic cleanliness and attention to detail
Manual dexterity and the ability to work on foot for long periods of time
Able to lift/carry/stack items on carts, pallets, etc.
Maintain quality by following procedures and keeping work area in orderly condition by returning tools, equipment and materials to storage area
Ability to work alone and with a team while managing time effectively
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school or equivalent. Must be able to communicate in English. Some Spanish is a plus. Candidates must be able to perform each given duty satisfactorily while maintaining a high standard of integrity and professionalism.

HOURS OF WORK:
Full-time Monday through Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm with 30 minute lunch break.
Must live within a 30 mile radius of Troy, MO area. Applicants who do not submit a resume will not be considered.
