Job Responsibilities:
· Waiting on Customers
· Give tours of Chocolate Factory
· Stocking Shelves/cleaning store
· Upselling
· Filling Chocolate Case
· Taking phone orders
Requirements:
· Must be available to work weekends (No late nights!)
· Must be able to stand for the length of your shift
· MUST be a people person and willing to talk to customers
· Must have good attendance & show up on time
· Must LOVE Chocolate (oknot a requirement, but its a bonus)
We're hiring for 2 Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Store Locations:
Downtown Kirkwood store: 112 N. Kirkwood Road St. Louis, MO 63122
Hours: Mon-Fri 10-7pm Saturday 10-6pm Sunday Noon-4pm
Corporate store on The Hill: 5025 Pattison Ave St. Louis, MO 63110
Hours: Mon-Fri 9-4:30pm Saturday 9-3pm Sunday Closed

Source new customers through cold calling campaigns & prospecting
Gather pertinent information and make decisions that are consistent with company guidelines
Write professional emails to customers in response to various concerns
Be outgoing and friendly with the ability to think outside the box
Handle customer service escalation calls/emails
Be detail oriented
Be a team player
