Full - Time Carpenter Position

Property Management company, located in Middletown/Red Bank Area is looking for a full-time carpenter, with experience. Job responsibilities include:

- Renovation projects

- Measuring materials, cutting/fitting/assembling/framing walls, ceilings

- Installing kitchen/bathroom accessories/cabinetry

- Installing doors, trim/moldings and specialty items

- Assisting others on site required

- Property Maintenance

Strong Verbal, attention-to-details and multitasking skills are required. Knowledge of power tools also required.

Applicants must have a pleasant demeanor, be well mannered and able to work independently and/or with others.

Driver's license required. Applicant must be able to submit to random drug test.
