Experienced line cook needed

Tribeca wine bar looking for an experienced line cook/prep cook for full time work. Duties will include but are not limited to stocking, prep work, cooking during service, making staff meals, organizing food deliveries, and cleaning kitchen/food preparation area. Ability to perform under pressure without constant supervision is necessary. Must be able to work a mix of daytime and evening shifts, Tuesday - Saturday. We are a small kitchen that puts out a lot of food, so you must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a small space. Focus and attention to detail, as well as the ability to execute recipes exactly are a must.
