Job Title: Greeter

Job Overview:

We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Greeter to join our team. As a Greeter, your responsibilities include ensuring guests are warmly welcomed when they enter the store and providing directions or information to customers to ensure they find the products they are looking for. You’ll greet visitors, direct them to the relevant areas, and inform them about store promotions.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the store.

Provide information on current sales and promotions.

Advise or direct guests to the appropriate sales associate.

Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven work experience as a Greeter or in a similar role.

Customer service experience is a plus.

Understanding of our products and those of our main competitors.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
