Join us as our newest Go-To-Market Manager and help change the world of real estate, one home at a time.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring organizational readiness to market, sell, and support new products designed to support our business including our core portfolio and beyond. Examples include agent and broker products, seller-focused solutions, and lender products. This position will also support GTM needs associated with our business. The successful candidate will work closely with our Product, B2B Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to achieve high sell-through and retention rates for these business categories. The GTM function sits within the Chief Revenue Officer’s organization and serves as a strategic connector between the Product organization and our revenue-generating and customer-facing teams.What you'll do:

Collaborating with the Product Marketing team to help inform product definition, positioning, and commercialization strategy

Forming and managing pilot/beta groups (as required) to gain critical product/market fit insights prior to launch and identify early customer advocates

Working with our B2B Marketing team to ensure that messaging, content, campaigns, channel strategies, and customer segmentation are on-point and effective in driving demand for our solutions

Identifying customer advocates and working with the B2B Marketing team to capture testimonials and case studies

Enabling Sales success through product launch and iterative training, including value proposition definition, identification of key benefits, ideal customer profiles, competitive positioning, and objection-handling tactics

Creating pitch decks, scripting, competitive battle cards, and other supplemental assets to support our Sales teams

Ensuring that our Customer Care, Agent and Broker Success teams, as well as Retention teams, are well briefed on the value proposition, key benefits, and ideal customer profiles for our solutions

Identifying and enabling the creation of content assets to support our teams listed above

Working with customers, Sales, Support, and B2B Marketing to gather and synthesize Voice of Market insights to help inform our product roadmap

Undergraduate degree, preferably in business administration, social science, or communications

B2B background, with a minimum of 10 years post-university work experience

Experience in the tech or real estate industries is preferred, but not required

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Proven track record of collaboration and working effectively in complex, cross-functional situations

Creative self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
