Must have experience, TAA lease knowledge preferred

A mindset to grow with business and not afraid of working hard

Troubleshooting/ problem solving

Be familiar with tenant/ landlord laws and always willing to learn

represent business honestly, fairly and professionally

Duties include but not limited to

Traveling

Showing property

New contracts

Renewals

Evictions/small claims

Advertising for lease

Collecting/ depositing rent

Proficient computer skills

accounting

work orders

Overseeing maintenance

Inspections

Working directly with owner
