Caretaker/Groundskeeper

Caretaker/Groundskeeper needed for a private 150 acre estate with multiple homes, shops and gardens and streams that run through the property. All buildings and grounds are in show condition, requiring a strong attention to detail to not only maintain but improve the look, condition and function of the grounds. Multiple pieces of equipment available on the property including dump trucks, excavators, tractors, ATVs and handheld equipment/tools.

An ideal candidate must:

- High attention to detail and general landscape/handyperson knowledge.

- Be able to follow directions and work of lists managing the time wisely without constant supervision;

- Be able to work as a member of a team, individually and be able to manage sub constructors as required;

- Be able to safely and efficiently operate a variety of gas powered tools including chainsaws;

- Be able to lift 50 lbs;

- Be comfortable to stand, kneel, use ladders and work outside all year around.

Basic mechanical working knowledge of equipment to perform minor repairs, and ability to operate excavators and drive dump trucks are a plus. CDL not required.
