Electric panel change crews. Contractors or Journeymen

EXPERIENCE PANEL CHANGE TECHNITIANS ONLY.

Electric and Solar company looking for experienced two man crews for service entry panel changes (not solar panels) 200 and 400 amp upgrades. We prefer Licensed and Bonded Contractors working piecework. Must carry workmen's comp insurance and liability insurance, have truck and tools necessary to complete job. Including ladders, knock out punches, battery operated tools and testers. Payment will take all of this into consideration.

Journeymen will start hourly depending on experience with the possibility of piecework depending on experience. Must work as part of a two man crew. Must have hand tools and battery operated tool, clean driving record, and experience to do the complete job. Clean driving record.

Our area covers from Maricopa to Prescott but most work is in the Phoenix area. Although most panel changes take less than six hours hourly workers will be paid min. eight hours pay. Workdays are typically start at 5:30 Monday thru Thursday with the opportunity to get forty hours a week. Our reliable experienced technicians make top wages once they have proved themselves. It is our goal to keep or crews, experience is everything to us and we realize top workers deserve top pay. We want nothing but the top workers.
