Hiring Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician conducts routine building inspections as assigned, including inspecting floor coverings, window coverings, walls, ceilings, air vents and returns, electrical fixtures, and plumbing fixtures. He/she is responsible for assisting with the operation, maintenance, service and repair of equipment. He/she is also responsible for performing trade jobs, such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, etc. All work is expected to be completed in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Driver's License is required. Other applicable mechanical/equipment licenses preferred(Boiler, HVAC, etc.).
Ability to read and speak English is required in order to perform the duties of the job.
