Project Coordinator
California’s leading Commercial Flooring company looking to add a talented individual who likes working with people and enjoys a fast-paced work environment. Must be friendly, energetic and reliable. Experience in commercial flooring or construction is required.
Project Coordinator responsibilities to include but limited to:
Distribute contracts
Process required contract specific documentation
Order and manage products
Customer invoicing, including monthly payment applications
Manage project documents from contract execution through final billing and payment. Work hand in hand as sales support to assure smooth transition of paperwork, products, installation and happy customer.
Skills needed: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong organization and communication skills are a must. Administrative experience is required.
