Office Clerk/Admin Assist Position

We are a FAST-PACED accounting/business management firm located in Burbank, looking for a PART-TIME Office/Admin Assist that can start right away.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, scanning/filing documents, sorting mail, bank runs, and assisting the front desk when needed. Individual should be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. At times, the candidate will be asked to assist in various departments when necessary, so we are looking for a candidate who can wear multiple hats and be a team player. Candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, organized, reliable, must have a dependable car, and punctual.

Schedule is flexible, but preferably Monday - Wednesday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Salary: $20.00 per hour
