Electro-Mechanical Machine Assembler

JETEC Corporation is a product identification solutions provider located in Tustin, California. For the past 30 years, we have specialized in the design and manufacture of part marking systems for the aerospace, defense, and electronics industries. We also perform a high volume of in-house contract marking jobs for customers nationwide.

We have an opening for two motivated and organized machine assemblers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the building of custom printing machinery. The ideal candidates will have the passion for assembling and wiring high quality products. Individuals who take pride in a job well done.

Your job duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Reading Solid Works drawings and assembling integrated, electro-mechanical parts marking systems

- Performing light manufacturing operations (cable crimping, cutting, drilling, tapping, wiring, etc.)

- Testing and debugging completed assemblies

Note: Some local and domestic travel will be required from time-to-time

Qualification Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED, 2-year Associates degree preferred

- Strong electro-mechanical and electronic troubleshooting experience preferred

- Experience using standard tools (allen wrenches, sockets, crimpers, wire strippers and DVM)

- Good oral and written communication skills

- Customer service orientated

- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.- Reliable Transportation

Compensation for this job is $21-25/hr. depending on experience. You will be expected to show up to work by 8 AM, Monday thru Friday. This is an offer for part-time at 32 hours/week orfull-time employment at 40 hrs/wk. We would prefer candidates who can start immediately.
