Job Description

We are a Moving company here in Oahu and we are seeking a reliable, organized Office Assistant to join our company. In this position, you will assist in daily operations and clerical tasks. You should possess highly developed multitasking and organizational abilities, be experienced and proficient in the everyday use of all Microsoft Office Suite products, be computer-literate, be able to effectively prioritize assignments, and complete them in a timely manner. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer service focus are a must have.

Office staff Job Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with management to complete necessary projects, work independently on prior delegated tasks.

Monitor and use office equipment and materials (computers, printers, copier/scanner/fax machines, physical files, etc.)

Answer phones, direct calls, answer emails, take and deliver messages as needed.

Keep required spreadsheets updated.

Willing to perform various office duties, as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications

High school diploma (or equivalent) required.

Strong customer service skills.

Experience working with computers and typical office software such as Email, Word, Excel, and internet browsers.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with

individuals at all levels, internally and externally.

Ability to handle multiple priorities with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to resolve problems independently and responsibility.

Previous experience preferred, will train.
