Recruiter

Rojas Financial is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in evaluating and hiring top talented insurance agents for our organization. .

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and develop strategies

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals

Coordinate interviews with hiring manager and facilitate the hiring decision process

On-board and train new agents

Implement company culture, values and policies

Qualifications:

Previous experience in recruiting or other related fields is preferred but not required

Ability to build rapport with all agents

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated

Excellent organizational skills
