About the Role:

Your role as a customer service associate is to deliver the ultimate experience for every one of our customers. This individual will be utilizing our web-based computer program, assisting multiple customers both in-person and on the phone while providing the great service our customers have come to expect.

You will be asked to step out into the lot with a customer to show the features on a truck and to pull up and park trucks. Must be detail-oriented with good math skills. Our goal is to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service; the experience YOU create is the reason for their return. If you enjoy providing customers with a great in-store experience and you have high attention to detail, this is the place for you!

Requirements:

- Must have a High School Diploma.

- 1+ year of customer service experience required. (Retail industry experience preferred)

- Polished and professional with a “customer first” attitude.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Enjoys process efficiency and is highly detail-oriented.

- Ability to recall transactions and details from earlier in the day, week or month.

- Be able to function in a fast-paced environment with the rest of the team and the ability to stay organized or adjust to changing inventories.

- Must have a Valid Driver's license and be 21 or older.

- Some experience with Word and Excel programs is preferred.

- Be able to lift 25 lbs.
