Bookkeeper/ Admin
Flexible hours (Monday through Friday) and casual office environment.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Full charge bookkeeping using Quickbooks Desktop Enhanced
- Administrative assistance to the CEO and Vice President
- Assistance and preparation of AIA construction documents for billing and invoices
- Data Entry
- Preparation of reports
- Organizing paperwork/filing
- Human resources/Benefit administration
- Some collections
- Assembly of data for CPA at fiscal year end
- Answering phones (minimal)
Qualifications:
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Organized
- Honest, dependable, and courteous
- Some college or bookkeeping/administration experience preferred but willing to train
- Notary Public or desire to become commissioned as a Notary Public
- Knowledge of administration of a 401K plan; in-house, multi-state payroll (including preparation of quarterly/annual reports, W2s using Quickbooks Intuit; is a plus
