Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, possess knowledge of various culinary techniques, and ensure high-quality meals are consistently served.

Duties:

- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards

- Assist in menu planning and development

- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety standards

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized cooking area

- Help with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience working in a kitchen environment

- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures

- Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently

- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members

- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
