My Mechanic Reasonable Auto Repair is looking to hire an automotive technician! This is a full-time position: Monday - Friday OR Tuesday - Saturday, 9am-6pm with an unpaid 1-hour lunch break.
About Us:
We opened our shop in September of 2023 and have been building quite the reputation for ourselves these past several months. Thanks to our many 5-star reviews and word-of-mouth rapidly spreading - we are looking to add another technician to our team to keep up with the increasing demand for our high-quality, timely, and reasonably-priced services. Up until very recently, we were able to provide same-day and next-day repairs across the board, but due to our growing popularity - we are now booking out a solid week or more in advance! We are hoping that the addition of another technician to our team will allow us to get customers’ vehicles seen and repaired more quickly so that we can get back to the speedy turnaround times that our customers have come to know us for!
Not only do we pride ourselves on our high-quality, timely, and reasonably-priced services, but we are also known for our immaculately-kept shop. Our shop is CLEAN, organized, and brightly-lit. It is not your typical dark, dungeon-like mechanic shop!
We service ALL vehicles - any year/make/model. Gas, Diesel, Hybrid - anything! From Mini Coopers to Box Trucks, we do it all! The only things we don’t do are tires, alignment, and engine/transmission rebuilds (however - we do used engine and transmission assemblies instead as they are more reliable and much more cost-effective).
What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a technician with several years of experience working on a variety of vehicles. Broad mechanical knowledge and experience in making proper diagnoses is a must. We are seeking someone that takes pride in their work and does quality, efficient repairs.
Duties would include automotive repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, and inspection. You would also be responsible for making estimates/quotes and keeping the shop and your workspace clean.
We are looking for a technician that is experienced, can hold their own, and is ready to work! You must bring your own toolbox/tool cart.
Pay is dependent upon experience, and a choice of hourly pay or book hour pay can be negotiated.
