WHAT WE OFFER

$65,000 - $80,000 expected the first year, with uncapped commissions it could be more!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Engage homeowners in their homes through pre-set qualified appointments

Effectively present and sell Castle windows and doors

Achieve monthly sales goals and KPI's established by Castle

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Must possess a valid driver's license

Must have dependable (and presentable) transportation

Must be able to pass drug screen and background check

In home sales experience is preferred. Willing to train highly motivated individuals

Must posses and iPad
