Hiring steel building erector

My names Luke, I am looking for a guy or lady around Monroe Wa. Snohomish area or close that wants to learn to put up steel buildings. I also need a guy to finish a small concrete pad for me on a side project. Call to negotiate that. For steel You’ll be starting a 24-25 if you have any hustle about you and can read a tape. If you can’t read a tape pay will be 22.

I’d pay 25-30 for someone that can prove their ability to be left alone and get work done or after enough training and can prove they have acquired the skills. I work 40 hours a week steady, I’m booked in Monroe for the summer. Prevailing wage is available.
