Movers Needed!

Eco Movers is the top moving company in Washington and we are looking for movers to join our team!

COMPENSATION:

Helpers start between $20 and $22 per hour depending on their level of experience.

This hourly pay does NOT include tips, and you will be tipped regularly on moving jobs!

Optional Health Insurance after 6 months

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Loading and Unloading:

Assist the moving crew in safely loading and unloading household or commercial items onto trucks. Handle furniture, boxes, and other belongings with care. Make sure to wrap and protect all furniture.

-Packing and Unpacking: Pack and unpack boxes, ensuring proper protection for fragile and valuable items. Organize items efficiently for transport.

-Furniture Assembly and Disassembly: Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed. Ensure furniture pieces are securely prepared for transport.

-Transportation Logistics: Follow directions from Dispatch, your Lead, and the client. Support the driver during transit, spotting as necessary.

-Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients. Address any customer concerns and ensure a positive moving experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy items and work in various weather conditions. Stamina for extended periods of physical activity.

-Team Player: Collaborate effectively with other team members.

-Communication Skills: Provide excellent customer service.Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

-Reliability: Punctuality and commitment to work schedules. Dependable and trustworthy.

-Background Check (Required): Successful completion of a background check.

-Eligibility to Work in the United States

-English Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in English.
