Field Supervisor - Bilingual

Job Description:

Venting and HVAC subcontractor is seeking a Field Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple crews at various job sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high quality standards. While Unit Venting experience is a plus, we prioritize candidates with strong communication skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate multiple crews at job sites, ensuring productivity and quality.

Communicate effectively with project managers, attending sub-contractor meetings as company representative.

Track material use and ensure timely ordering and delivery.

Read and understand blueprints.

Provide daily progress reports.

Requirements:

English and Spanish fluency

Previous experience in construction or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
