Youth and Family Director - Shepherd of the Hills

Shepherd of the Hills is a joyful, growing, multi-generation congregation in Flagstaff, AZ that is looking for a half-time Youth and Family Director to join our staff. The qualified candidate will have experience working with all ages of youth, lots of joy and organization, and a passion for bringing people together to grow in intergenerational relationships and faith.

The candidate will be working with awesome parent volunteers and the pastor to develop activities that draw in elements of education, service, and fun. This half-time position has flexible hours and is able to work around an active and motivated individual's schedule.

$22 an hour pay with an increase in pay for a candidate with relevant work history and/or experience. Background check and current CPR certification is required for hiring.
