The Templar Protective Services is currently seeking an experienced Part-time armed security. The selected individual will patrol and secure the assigned premises.

The following shifts are as follows.

16 hrs total

Saturday 9pm-5am

Sunday 9pm-5am

Responsibilities:

Walk premises to prevent theft, violence, damage, or infractions of rules.

Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.

Respond to residents call for service.

Conduct lockups of laundry rooms / Pool(s) / Pedestrian gate.

Conduct vacant apartment checks.

Conduct Interior foot patrols / parking lot checks.

Apprehend offenders (Criminal) using defensive gear and or defensive tactics.

Escort other individuals off property.

Must be able to keep composure during stressful situations.

Report any facility issues such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes.

Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.

Maintain an hourly shift log.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Az Armed guard card / Unarmed guard card.

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment 10-panel drug test.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical exam.

Familiarity with security equipment.

Must be physically fit to handle the workload.

Strong attention to detail.

Must be computer literate.

Must be able to use proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar.

Bilingual-Spanish speaking.

Required Duty Gear:

Firearm-9mm / 40 cal / 45 cal Pepper spray

Handcuffs Taser (Will Issue)

Ballistic Vest (Optional Tan)
