Maintenance Technician

Are you a team player and ready to work?!

We are currently seeking a full time Maintenance Technician to assist in the daily operations of our Community.

We need someone who:

-Can troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems

-Has basic electrical and plumbing knowledge

-Can paint/repair drywall

-Troubleshoot/repair appliances

Each candidate MUST:

-Participate in an on-call rotation

-Have a valid driver’s license

-Reliable transportation

-Pass a background check

EPA certification is preferred

Multifamily housing experience is a plus

CPO is a plus

ButA great attitude is mandatory
