Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our bartenders and ensuring that our bar operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the hospitality industry, eager to learn, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

- Assist bartenders in setting up and maintaining the bar area.

- Keep the bar stocked with all necessary supplies, including ice, glassware, and liquors.

- Ensure a clean bar area, washing and sterilizing glassware.

- Support bartenders with making basic drinks and preparing ingredients.

- Manage inventory and report any low stock to the bar manager.

- Assist with opening and closing duties of the bar.

- Help in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar and storage areas.

- Provide excellent customer service, interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a barback or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
