Mad City Windows & Baths is a reputable, well established remodeling company that is expanding rapidly throughout the Midwest and is looking to hire a qualified Installation Trainer to coach and develop our new installers at our Cincinnati training center!

What you'll do:

Train new installers with a wide variety of experiences on residential replacement window installation, acrylic bath/shower installation, and kitchen cabinet refacing

Qualifications:

Minimum 5-10 years of carpentry/remodeling experience

Knowledge of residential pocket windows, acrylic baths, and/or kitchen cabinet refacing

Prior experience coaching/training others

Superb communication skills

Basic computer knowledge
