Property Manager/Bookkeeper Remote Option, Part time or Full Time

Licensed Property Manager / Bookkeeper position, can be mostly remote worker if home office is secure environment. Possibility of full time if can perform both bookkeeping and licensed property management work. Very little field work as have several unlicensed staff available. Must be able to pass a background check, have own vehicle , have good communication skills, and perform high level bookkeeping and reporting on a weekly basis. Hourly position from $20 hour-$25 hour depending on experience. Full time employees receive 5 days paid vacation + 9 paid holidays a year. Prefer strong digital skills, but willing to train the digital skills. Construction background or other real estate experience also a plus. Remote home offices subject to regular inspections by employer for security and equipment checks
