Warehouse Associate - immediate hire

Company in the Pittsburgh airport area is looking for a Warehouse Associate who is responsible for all aspects of the ‘perfect order’ (pick, pack, ship, will call, delivery) and inventory management (receive, replenish, deplete, cycle counts). In this position you will use critical problem-solving skills, work independently, interact with customers, and ensure accurate inventory fulfillment and controls. We are also looking for someone who has experience shipping internationally.

Representative Activities:

Day-to-day operational management of receipts, replenishment, returns, put-away, picking, packing, shipment, deliveries and will call (as applicable) of products and orders.

Command strong knowledge and proficiency with inventory control processes and maintaining high level of inventory accuracy.

Ability to multi-task in physically demanding warehouse environment

Work with cross-functional personnel to support fulfillment, transport, and delivery of product.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening.

Great interpersonal skills

Exceptional time management and organization skills

Familiarity with inventory control practices and logistics

Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications.

Able to lift at least 50 lbs. and the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.

High school diploma.
