Temp To Perm Customer Service Needed $18 Per Hour

Bilingual a PlusSpanish/English Not Mandatory

0900 to 6:00 PM, M-F some OT may be required (rare).

Candidate will be working in the shipping and receiving administration office.

Candidate will be assisting our warehouse supervisor & employees, with inbound and outbound paperwork.

Candidate will check truck drivers in and out of our facility.

Candidate will answer phones and schedule inbound and outbound delivery appointments.

Candidate will enter inbound and outbound shipments in our warehouse management system (WMS/SAP) (Good to have, experience not required).

Candidate will enter inbound and outbound shipments in our 3PL warehouse management system (Extensiv) (Good to have, experience not required).

UPS and FedEx shipping knowledge is a plus.

Candidate must demonstrate good customer service.

Candidate will be required to file.

Light office cleaning.

Candidate will need to multi-task.

Written and verbal English is required (Spanish bi-lingual is good to have, but not required).

Attention to detail is a must
