We are seeking a Junior Rental Agent to join our team. As a Junior Rental Agent, you will be responsible for providing service to our clients, ensuring their leasing experience is seamless and tailored to their unique needs. You will play a pivotal role in matching customers with their ideal apartment, showcasing our list of available units and providing top-tier customer service throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Assist Senior Agent with existing book of business, Cultivate strong relationships with exclusive clients, understanding their preferences and requirements to provide a personalized approach to leasing residential properties.

Property Presentation:

Present properties in a compelling and informative manner, highlighting their unique features and benefits, both in person and through virtual tours.

Leasing Consultation:

Guide clients through the leasing process, addressing their inquiries, terms, and ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to occupancy.

Market Knowledge:

Stay informed of current real estate market trends and apartment values to provide clients with accurate information and sound advice.

Networking:

Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and industry professionals to expand the listings of properties available to customers.

Administrative Tasks:

Manage customer documentation, contact information and communication through our CRM

Client Satisfaction: Ensure an exceptional client experience by anticipating needs, resolving issues, and consistently exceeding expectations.

Success as an Junior Rental Agent involves the following:

- Willingness to consistently cold call for new listings

- Manage and maintain existing relationships with local landlords

- Networking with industry professionals to enhance the available listings of units for rent.

- Earning the trust and loyalty of the clientele through outstanding service and personalized attention.

- Demonstrating an understanding of the residential rental market and effectively conveying this knowledge to clients.

- Contributing to the growth and reputation of the organization as a top provider of residential leasing services.

Qualifications:

Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and industry stakeholders.

Must have a personal vehicle

Customer-Centric Approach:

Attention to Detail:

Meticulous in handling paperwork and documentation.

Education and Experience:

Associates degree (preferred but not required).

Prior experience in real estate leasing or sales is a plus.

Real estate license or certifications are a plus but not required. (We are willing to train)
