Accountant/Tax Preparer

Established Tax and Accounting firm is seeking a seasoned Accountant, EA or CPA.

We need people who are seasoned in:

QuickBooks accounting and payroll.

Sales Tax in multiple jurisdictions

Prepare tax returns ranging from 1040, 990, 1041, 1120, 1120S, 1065

Positive work culture

The qualified individual should have at least 3 years of financial reporting and at least a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. Be able to prepare Trail Balance, Balance Sheet and profit and loss reports.

Tax preparation

Tax resolution

Payroll

Bookkeeping

We use Quickbooks desktop and online as well as Drake Tax Software.

This position in an in person on site position requiring on site visits at times to our clients and working directly in my home office.

Be pet friendly especially dogs.

We are looking for a person who is interested in becoming a partner and bilingual is a plus either Spanish or Chinese is helpful.
