Responsibilities:
Proficient in:
Microsoft Suite (all applications) & Google calendar & Gmail
General office equipment: desktop computers, laptops, printers.
General office skills: (daily) printing, scanning, faxing, filing, sort & organize emails.
General tax office skills: basic folder assembly (prepare client folder),organize client receipts & paperless files on all systems.
Other office duties: (when needed) HR duties; safetyposters, prepare mailings, ect
