Our growing small business in the Houston area is seeking reliable and dedicated individuals to join our team as Order Fulfillment Associates. As part of our order fulfillment team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

Receive and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.

Pick items from inventory according to order specifications.

Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring items are protected during transit.

Coordinate delivery to UPS and USPS drop-off locations.

Track order status and provide updates to customers as needed.

Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries or concerns regarding orders.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license.Reliable transportation.

Clean background with no felony convictions.
