Nocturnal Dumpling Slinger Extraordinaire

Pel'meni is seeking a closing cook/performer to take 1 or 2 shifts a week. Closing shift begins at 9pm and ends an hour or so after bar close (bars close 1am Sun-Thurs and 3am Fri/Sat). The ideal candidate will be well over 21 years of age and comfortable with juggling fast-paced kitchen duties while simultaneously entertaining customers. Candidate should also be comfortable hauling 50 pound bags of frozen dumplings, as well as compassionately mediating the experience of potentially less-than-sober patrons. Starting pay is $15 hour + tips, and tips typically range from $20-60 hour depending on the season, local events, and the vibe of the performer behind the counter.
