Route Service Representative (No Sales) $22/hr

We are looking for people who have great Merchandising skills, Inventory control and Customer Service skills to work their own routes for a very large company in Phoenix. These Merchandisers/CSR's will work in the Ave C division and will stock customer break rooms with snacks, drinks etc. for their employees, stocking them with product utilizing a 16ft to 26ft box truck as a rolling warehouse. There is a 3 to 4 week training program for those interested then you will get your own route.

We are looking for reliable, trustworthy employee's who are willing to learn and grow with a large company. The company has several divisions that a person can grow with. This is an excellent opportunity to make a career.

Pay is $22/hr OT after 40 hours per week.

Training schedule is Monday thru Friday start time 4:00am. After training you will get your own route and schedule will change

After training your schedule will be either Sunday thru Wednesday or Wednesday thru Sunday at 4am.

you will work 5 days (possibly all 10-hour days).

You must be detail oriented, reliable, trustworthy, excited to learn, able to lift and move product such as cases of soda, water, snacks etc. with a two wheeler. This person will spend most of their time out in the field away from the office, they will load their truck at times, they may pull some (not all) product for their routes, and they will manage inventory on their truck and for their customers.

Requirements

Must have some box truck delivery experience

Must be 21 years old

Must have Valid Drivers License

Must have good MVR

Must be able to pass a Drug screen (Medical Marijuana card does not excuse a positive result)

Clean criminal background check including Federal

Be able to pass a drug screen that includes testing for marijuana.
