Warehouse Associate / Bob tail driver

This is a warehouse/Driver position requiring experience driving a forklift and 24' and 26' truck.

This position requires someone who is able to climb a ladder, lift up to 50lbs from time to time.

Hours: 7:30AM to 4PM (may vary according to the workload)

Days: Monday to Friday and some Saturdays.

In this position, you will help coordinate inbound and outbound shipment activities, inventory and maintain warehouse in order and clean.

Responsibilities:

· Unload/ load merchandise from 53' inbound trucks safely using forklift and pallet jack.

· Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery and/or return.

· Keeping an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.

· Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.

· Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping.

· Scanning labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination.

· Communicate with all necessary departments about shipment ready for outbound.

· Communicate with client of the arrival and/or damage of shipment

· Submit documentation according to client’s requirement by email

· Assisting with training of newly employed workers.

· Assisting with Cycle count or/and handing out of assets to clients as needed

· Assist with special packing and scanning project from off-site location as needed

· Forklift driving

· Picking-up and delivering pallets to clients locally within 20miles radius.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in shipping/receiving and/or inventory.

Ability to handle physical workload and lift up to 50lbs.

Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.

Must be able to read emails and reply accordingly.

Good Driving record.

Strong organizational skills.
