Cashier/Hostess and Food Prep Needed!

JOB OPPORTUNITY AT THE MA'LAWAH BAR

Job Title: Cashier

Location: 4131 El Camino Real, Suite 100, Palo Alto, CA

Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance as needed

Ring up purchases and process transactions using a cash register and point-of-sale system

Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment accurately and securely

Bag merchandise and provide customers with receipts

Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

Answer customer questions and resolve any issues or concerns in a courteous manner

Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels as needed and being available to step in with culinary work as needed

Qualifications:

Proficient and Articulate in English is a MUST!

Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions

Flexibility to work evenings, Sundays, and holidays as needed
