Looking for Caregivers for weekend (Sat-Sun) and on-call shift ONLY

Job description

We are urgently seeking to employ caregivers in Alexandria, Springfield, Reston, Fairfax, Falls Church, Lorton, and Leesburg who are outgoing, enjoyable, and have memory care experience.

Join our team as a caregiver and play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include helping with activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation while encouraging independence.

You'll also support social engagement and leisure activities, maintain records, and ensure a clean and safe environment. We're seeking compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing excellent care and promoting teamwork.

Requirements:

- Must be willing to travel within Northern Virginia.

- Willingness to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and be on-call as needed for 3-6 hours.

- Compassionate demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
