Nowak's Cantina is a new spot with an already established regular clientele.

We cater to the very loyal and affluent clientele of the neighborhoods of Morningside and Virginia Highlands.

Looking for some fantastic servers and bartenders with Cafe, Bistro, or Mexican restaurant experience to join our team.

Plenty of room for growth if you're looking to move up or just come take care of our guests and give them the type of service nobody delivers anymore.

Nowak's staff is a family and all professional, working as a team, and helping each other deliver the best product and service.

If this sounds like you, we want to meet.

Servers Average tips $150-$200 per night with 4-5 table sections.

Work 2-6 nights a week (Your Choice)

Work Schedule

Monday - Thursday

Servers 4-9

Bar 3-10

Kitchen 3-930

Friday / Saturday / Sunday

Lunch 10:30 - 4

Dinner 4-10

Server and Bartender Average $150 per shift

Line Cooks - $15-$20 per Hour

Dishwasher - $12-$15 per Hour
