Experienced Property Maintenance Foreman Needed

We own and manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including a 200-unit apartment complex located in Tallahassee, FL. We are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and service, and we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Foreman to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance operations of a 200-unit apartment complex, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance requests from residents and property management staff.
- Organize, strategize, and conduct unit turn overs
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, and coordinate with vendors and contractors as necessary.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of regular business hours, as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property maintenance, with a strong understanding of residential building systems and maintenance practices.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience supervising and motivating a team of maintenance technicians.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, staff, and contractors.
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
